1. Trade orders can be placed by telephone, post or email. A confirmation email will be sent on receipt of an order and after dispatch.
2. There is no minimum order.
3. All products and their prices are subject to availability and in the event of a product being temporarily unavailable; we will notify the buyer of any delays or changes to your order.
4. The copyright of all images, logos and designs belong to ‘A Farmer’s Daughter’ and must not be reproduced under any circumstance without written permission from us.
5. Trade orders are supplied on a firm sale basis and the order is not subject to cancellation.
6. We do not supply on a sale or return basis.
7. Payment terms for account holders are 30 days from dated invoice.
8. For trade orders under £120, delivery is charged at cost. This will be via Royal Mail or a courier service, depending on weight/size. For orders over £120, carriage is paid.
9. Delivery times for orders within the UK are usually within 10 working days. We will always dispatch as soon as possible and inform of any potential delays.
10. Colour quality of screen/web images can vary from printed colour and in placing an order, the possibility of colour variations is accepted by the buyer.
11. Flower presses are not sold as toys; they contain small wing nuts making them unsuitable for young children. We recommend that all children are supervised by an adult when using these products.
12. In the unlikely event that goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact ‘A Farmer’s Daughter’ within 48 hours. Once returned we will replace any defective products and refund return postage charges. We cannot be held responsible for loss of items returned to us.
13. Claims for shortages, damages or non delivery must be made within 7 days.
14. We cannot be held responsible for postal delays due to striking or bad weather.
15. All products, images, terms and information on our website are subject to change. The buyer accepts the terms and conditions published at the time of ordering.
