If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase from ‘A Farmer’s Daughter’ please contact us to request a return within 28 days of purchase. The item or items will need to be returned to us in their original packaging with proof of purchase before a full refund can be given.
Return of goods is at the expense of the customer unless the items are damaged or faulty. We may request images rather than the item return in some circumstances.
Goods returned to us should ideally be posted on a tracked service and/ or with a proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for the loss of returned items to us.
If an item has been damaged in transit, we will send a replacement as soon as possible, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the goods.
Items sent by Royal Mail are not deemed lost under their terms for 15 days, we have to take this into consideration if an item is reported lost.
